More information on our frozen molluscs
Our range of molluscs are sourced from the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Ireland, Chile, Vietnam, Denmark, and Thailand, just to name a few! So when we say we can offer year-round availability we really do mean it. Our products are ready to cook once defrosted. We recommend to allow at least 3 hours for the products to defrost at room temperature, or overnight in a refigerator. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume product within 24 hours. To preserve quality, avoid defrosting by heating.
